A 2-bedroom in Atlanta goes for $1,650, while a 1-bedroom has a median price of $1,340. Rents are up 5.1% year-over-year, and are growing at a higher rate than national averages. Alpharetta placed 3rd for most expensive Georgia cities, with an average 2-bedroom price of $1,390. 1-bedrooms in Alpharetta cost $1,180.
